Digital Adventure 2012 – teaching materials, photos, and student videos
This will be a general post about my ESL summer camp engaging Korean elementary students in digital literacy skills. Below you’ll find most of my teaching materials, a number of photos from the camp, and videos made by my students. If any of these teaching materials are of use to you, please use them or modify them to suit your purposes.
I’d love to hear your thoughts about any aspect of my camp. I’ll write my thoughts about day two of my camp tomorrow.
Teaching Materials
Whenever possible I try to use Prezi in the classroom. I find the program more visually stimulating than PowerPoint, and I really like that all of my Prezis are stored online for easy access.

Videos
To involve my students in digital creation we shot stop-motion videos which the students then posted to the camp’s website. These are some of the finished videos. More videos will follow as we finish editing them.
As always I’d love to hear your feedback about the camp. I’d be happy to respond to any questions you may have. Thanks for reading.
